Arabic-first
The interface is right-to-left Arabic by design, not a translation layer added afterwards. Full English is one click away.
Two platforms working today: a helpdesk that keeps customer requests in order so nothing slips, and Mashroaat, which shows you where the money goes. No complexity, no long training.
Helpdesk
A multi-tenant ticketing system. Each company gets a completely separate workspace with its own agents, customers and mail server — so replies leave from your domain, not ours.
A customer writes to your support address, a ticket is created and the team is notified. An agent replies from the console and it arrives threaded under the original conversation.
Every workspace request is reviewed by hand before approval. Subscriptions start at three months.
Mashroaat
A platform for running several ventures at once: transactions, expenses, balances and budgets. Built for people managing separate concerns who need to know where each one stands.
Every project keeps its own ledger: log transactions, top up the balance, see total spend and unit cost, and compare what you've spent against what you planned.
Currently running real projects, with a move to multi-tenant self-registration and administrative approval in progress.
Why us
The interface is right-to-left Arabic by design, not a translation layer added afterwards. Full English is one click away.
SLAs count against a Sunday-to-Thursday week, your public holidays and your Ramadan hours.
Mail sent through your own servers, and isolation between customers enforced in the database rather than the interface.
